I am a new mac user, and have Microsoft Office for Mac already
installed in my MAcBook (white, 2.0 GB, Dual). I always used
shortcuts to work with excel on my PC`s, but I don´t know how to
substitute the F2 key command in a mac. How can I get into a cell to
edit it, as I was used to with the F2 key? IS there any "list"
available for Excel shorcuts in MAC????

First, you may have Office for Mac Test Drive installed, which will
expire within 30 days. Before installing a purchased version, if you
need to, make sure you run the Remove Office application on your Office
install CD.

Second, you can find ALL the keyboard shortcuts in XL Help (in the Help
menu, search on "keyboard shortcuts").

The equivalent of WinXL's F2 is CTRL-u, though if you wish, you can get
a similar function using F2 with this technique:

FYI: You use a remarkable variety of cases for "Mac", but in the Mac
community, it's nearly always spelled with only the "M" in upper case.
