In Outlook 2003, when I click on my shortcuts button, I keep seeing more and
more "new groups" and "shortcuts" being added that are blank and you cannot
click on them. I can only right click on these and delete them 1 by 1 and
there are hundreds. First - Is there a way to delete them all at once instead
of 1 by 1?
Second - Why are they showing up in the first place?
