Shortcuts for Outlook 2003

Can I add a shortcut to the shortcut menu that links to a file in the file
explorer? ...a word doc or something? I remember doing this years ago, but
maybe that feature is removed in 2003, as all I can add to the shortcut menu
is shortcuts to Outlook folders, like mail, tasks, etc.

Correct, that feature was removed from OL 2003.
