Office 2003 shortcuts in a default install on XP Pro:

The shortcuts can't be edited. E.g. the target says "Microsoft Office
Professional Edition 2003" and is greyed out. I used to know this and
IIRc it's to do with the type of shortcut and I know it's a classic
problem but my brain has given up today. How do I edit the target?
(Yes, I am an administrator.)

BTW, did a Google search on every permutation of office 2003 xp edit
shortcut read only target, but no one seems to want to talek about it.
:(

TIA

No worries - 8 mugs of tea and my brain works. (The key phrase is:
windows installer shortcuts. Googling on that gives the answer.)
