When clicking a topic in Office help (I am using Oulook for the first time
and trying to figure it out), sometimes it opens a Microsoft Office Help
window. Sometimes it will hijack an open IE window. This is very annoying.
Especially when I am listening to some streaming content in the window that
was hijacked. Help should open its own new window if it needs one. Then it
won't interrupt content from an existing one and won't be trapped in a window
that is too small to view the page and cannot be resized.
