I have a template we use in MS Word 2003 located in the /STARTUP
directory of users on 2 terminal servers that I have this problem on.
I have attempted to add a keyboard shortcut (ALT+X) referencing a Macro
in the template to the normal.dot template, but each time I add it and
close Word, the normal.doc seems to change the Modified Date of the
file, but when I re-open Word, the shortcut assignment is lost and I
have to add it in for each new session!!!
- I have also tried holding Shift then clicking File, Save All.
- Also, I DO NOT have Adobe Acrobat 7 installed. I only have Adobe
Reader 7 installed.
- I also tried replacing the normal.dot template from a computer that
this works on, to the STARTUP directories of users on the server I'm
trying to get this to work on and this STILL doesn't work.
How can I get this shortcut key to save?
