Shortcuts to other calendars disappears in Outlook 2007

We use Outlook 2007/Exchange 2003 and cached exchange mode.
Lots of users experience that shortcuts to other calendars disappears one
day - and the next day they might reappear. The shortcuts come and go.

We have had this problem since upgrade to Outlook 2007 (we also started
using cached exchange mode at this time)

Which shortcuts are you talking about? Where?
If you mean in the Calendar Navigation, it usually indicates that the
Navigation Pane settings got corrupted. Did they lose their Favorite Folders
as well?

I'm not sure about the favorite folders. They have not been mentioned as a
problem.
