Should I install Office XP Word over Works Suite Word

Should I install the complete Office XP suite, or just
Powerpoint, Outlook and Excel alongside the existing
version of Word, or should I install the new versiopn of
Word as well. If so, will works still exist?

Any advice please Thanks
