Should I uninstall Works 7.0 if I upgraded to office 2003?

I resently brought Microsoft office 2003 upgrade program, installed on my
computer is Microsoft Works 7.0. Need to know if I should uninstall my Works
7.0 program, or do I need Works along with the Microsoft office 2003 upgrade
program?
