Should outlook add the custom form icon to the action menu?

Hi,
I have created a custom form in the contacts folder,and change the default
icons,
New contact display my new icon,
But the Action menu only display the name of my form without the icon.

Should i use my add-in to add the icon?
What about the icon in the left corner of the form,it is still the original
contact icon.
Is it safe to change it using windows API?
