Should we upgrade from MSP 2000?

We're currently using MSP 2000, and it seems to be working for us, but "you
don't know what you don't know", so: what are we missing out on that should
motivate us to upgrade?

Wow, total silence, that's unexpected. Could our project management
environment is so far behind the times that everyone's trying to figure out
how to respond, uh, diplomatically? Could our version of Project be so old
that no one remembers it anymore? Could you all be thinking: "why doesn't he
just read the box?" :)

Microsoft sold a lot of Project licenses, so I know what motivated them to
create MSP 2003 and 2007. I'd like to know what features in those versions
were so good that the user community would bug management for an upgrade.
