show a picture depending on parameter input.

I have a form whichs asks the user to choose a project from a combo box.
This opens another form which shows the title of the project with a subform.
In the header of this form, the project name is shown along with the
manager's name. I wanted to store a picture of the manager and have it
appear at the top of the form next to the name. Is this possible??

the relationships I have created work, but I am unable to show the actual
image. I have tried creating a OLE object field in the manager table to
store the pictures. However, in the form, I can only get the name of the
object to be shown on the form view. I want the picture to appear.....

do I need to have the image files in a specific format (i.e.bitmap, gif,
etc...)??
