Show adresses in From category

I was wondering if there was a way to show the actual email address in the
'From' category, rather than the resolved name.
For example, if Bob Smith has an email address of (e-mail address removed), it will
list the recipient as Bob Smith rather than (e-mail address removed), is there a way to
reverse this?
I use Outlook 2000
