Show All Commands and Buttons (Full Menu)

In the 2003 and previous versions of office, the command to show full menus
was under Tools - Customize. With the new interface in Office 2007, I have
not been able to find it. This affected not just office, but the Start -
Program menu also

Can anyone tell me where this is now? Or how to set the Start - Program
menu to show the full menu?

Full menu under Tools, Customize does not exist in Office 2007 with the
advent of the Ribbon bar to replace the original version toolbar. Some love
it (the ribbon) but others hate it.

If you Google for full menu for Office 2007 you will find add-ons that will
give some or all functionality of the toolbars from Office 2003 and earlier.

First off - Thanks for the info.

But... Why am I not surprised about this? I have been using MS Word since
91 (Mac and PC) and I bet I will fall into the hate the ribbon category. I
have always found it interesting the MS tied operating system options with
Office options; i.e. the the Start Program menu follows the choice in MS
Word. Oh well, at least this way a lot of smaller companies and individuals
will make a killing on software to make Office usable for us "old style power
users".

Yes. You’ll find at least two or five products listed on Microsoft
Office Marketplace for each Office application if you search as:
