show all day appointment

I am using outlook to monitor some tasks that overlap .. I want to visually
see how many are occurring at the same time but when they take longer than 24
hours they are showing up as horizontal lines across the top as all day
appointments. I want them to display vertically ... not sure how to make this
happen
