Mr. Smiley
This one has really got me stumped. I have two queries, then a form.
Query 1 contains the fields ITEMNUM (part number), LOCATION (drawer location
- a series of letters and number - ex. AS-1A-1A), QTYONHAND (number of pieces
on hand) and WAREHOUSEID (which is our building number)
Query 2 further breaks down this information.
My problem is that the form I have created has a picture of a drawer (with
compartment sections) as the background. What I am trying to do is make it
so that if the user enters a value in two fields on the form (VIDMAR NUMBER,
which would be AS-1 using the location above) and (DRAWER LETTER, which would
be A using the location above) that the ITEMNUM value would show up on the
form in the section for 1A. I have this working except it should be showing,
depending on the letter of the drawer entered, all of the part numbers at one
time. Instead, it shows the value of location 1A, then if I scroll with my
mouse wheel, 1B appears. I want them to all show up at the same time. Any
help in resolving this is GREATLY apprecaited. Thanks.
