Show/All Subtasks - except recurring tasks?

P

Pat

Is there any way to exclude recurring tasks from a "Show /All Subtasks"
command?

I'm guessing not, but thought I would ask anyway. I have a number of
recurring tasks in my plan that I always have to close altering doing this
because of the space they take up.

Thanks for any help.

Hi Pat,

You are correct, the Show All Subtasks shows all tasks, including recurring.
However, you could create a filter that "hides" recurring tasks to
temporarily remove them from the view if you wished. The filter would be:
Field Name: Recurring
Test: Equals
Value: No

This will show all tasks except those that are recurring.

I hope this helps. Let us know how you get along.
