Show all time in Calendar

When I use Outlook 2003's calendar, I like to view the times on everything
(in Work Week view). However, I can only get it to show me the times when
my appointments do not end on the hour or half hour. So in other words, if
I have an appointment from 2-4, it says "Meet with tom" in the calendar
view. However, if that meeting is from 2-3:50, then it says "2-3:50 Meet
with Tom" I want it to say the latter on every appointment, not just the
ones that end evenly.
