Hi all
I use Outlook contacts as my centralised address book. When I save a contact
usually save their full names
However, when I send an email, I would prefer not to have their name shown a
all in the "to field" when they receive it. It would be best if th
"to field" only shows the email address, instead of the name an
emai
address, like thi
What I don't want. E.g
To: John Stephen Harvey ([email protected]
What I wan
To: (e-mail address removed)
I'm not sure if this is to do with the "file as" field or th
"email display as field" of the contact? Is there a way, by custo
form, a setting in outlook or otherwise, to set as default behaviour for th
"to field" to show only the email address of the contact and not it
name I entered in the address book
