show customized help in task pane

Hi;
How can I have word displays specific (customized) help topics in the task
pane for some word document, so that whenever I open that document I can find
the Help topics in the task pane?

I've seen it when I downloaded some template documents and opened it. There
was help topics displayed in the task pane so that user can use it to learn
how to do certain tasks in this template.
