"Show developer tab in the ribbon"

Hi -

I posted a message a few hours ago, and I got a very prompt reply (many
thanks!)

However, when I click on the link, only a blank page displays. Below is the
link I click and the e-mail I recieved. Please advise on how I can read the
answer.
