show emails in a colum to view without having to open it

Prior to a window auto Window download by MS, my viewing screen in Outlook
2003 had three colums which showed i) who it was from, ii) the date received
and iii) the actual email which permitted me to to either download the
picture and contents or just delete it without opening the email.

Now Outlook on its own decided to change my viewing to just From/To, Date
Received and Size.

I hve looked at every possible way to find where to again get back my
original view and cannot find anything on MS site, or any blog or form on how
to get the view back.

Anyone out there have any knowledge out this, would be helpful

I don't know what you mean by a column that shows "the actual email". The
Icon column will be different for messages who's body has not been
downloaded. It won't be a complete envelope. If that's not what you mean,
please be more specific.
