Do nothing. Unless you GIVE people of your Exchange network permission to
your calendar, they just see the blue bars of when you are busy, not what
you are doing. The FREE/BUSY information should be automatically given to
everyone or your netwrok, if it's not, call it your IT support guys/gals to
fix your settings (probably at their end).
