show full email address

i would appreciate any help.
in my outlook contacts, in the email box it only displays
the persons name, i.e. john doe as opposed to (e-mail address removed)

if i right click i can get the full email address info but
i can't get it to display.

i would like it to display because then when i print my
contact list i get a real email address.
