show Gantt Toolbar in Visio

I'm trying to edit a Gantt chart that I have in a Visio File.

When I open a new Visio Project Schedule drawing, I get this awesome Gantt
Chart Toolbar that allows you to indent left or right to indicate a subtask.

This awesom Gantt Chart Toolbar is impossible to find on an existing drawing
though. Any ideas on how to make it display on my screen? The standard show
toolbar options don't allow you to do it.

The Gantt toolbar is only available in Gantt charts. You may find that even
with a Gantt chart, the toolbar is missing. That can happen if the chart
was pasted from one document into another. Often you can remedy this by
pasting your existing chart into a new Gantt chart document.
