Show/Hide Contacts

I have recently switched to Outlook from Palm. I cannot find a feature in Outlook which allows you to show/hide (password protect) individual contact details. I can't believe such a useful feature, available in Palm, is not available in Outlook.

Assistance please?

Believe it. There is no such feature in Outlook. You can, however, password protect an entire Personal Folders .pst file.

Depends on how alternative parties are accessing your contacts.
You can check the "Private" checkbox (bottom right).
