Show/hide document sections based on need

I am creating a document template and I want to show or
hide certain sections of the document based on an answer
to a specific question or questions. Is this possible?

Yup. You either prompt via macro based on AutoOpen or similar, or use
Ask fields or just an OnExit macro from a form field, to perform the
magic.
