show/hide macros in Word doc?

In a Word document, I'd like to create text that shows or hides by clicking
a button. I believe I can do this somehow through the macrobutton function,
with the showpara field, but I cannot find any tutorials on how to do it.
Can anyone help?

I basically want to create help text for some templates I'm creating.

suggest you post to a Word newsgroup. this newsgroup answers questions about
creating macros in MS Access relational database software, which are very
different from macros in the other MS Office products.
