Show / hide rule line in OneNote 2007

I would like to show or hide rule line on old pages. It is quite easy to do
with a click on icon in OneNote 2003. How can I do that in OneNote 2007?

In the menubar, you can go to Format > Rules Lines, then select the rule
lines that you want or can select 'none' to hide the rule lines.
