Show/Hide Rule Lines - Change Default

I'm using a new stationery that I picked up from Microsoft.com. I chose it
as a default stationery.

When I hide the rule lines and then press it again to display the lines, it
automatically defaults to whatever is available under the View Tab, Rules
Line Tab... Is there any way I can add the new Stationery I'm currently using
as my default? Then I can press my new default stationery and it will show
up instead of the current Rules Line.
