HOW I COULD I SHOW IN TRACKING GANTT CHART THE PERCENTAGES OF occupancy for
each dwelling unit from the time of the day they are leaving till the
deadline date (the day they must move).
We have to vacate all these units by 4/30/07 to turn back the units to host
nation and we have set deadline date for each family to move out of their
apartment. each family or dwelling unit has a deros date of leaving (date
they are supposed to leave the country). Each family has different deros
dates. for example the must move date is december 31 and the deros date is
november 28, How could i show the percentage of occupancy days left in
tracking gantt. please help....

precious,
Gee, why does that sound like "Lord of the ring".

There are two possible approaches. One is to use a formula in a spare
text field and then show the custom text field next to the Gantt Bar
using Format/Bar Styles. If a formula is too cumbersome or complex to
fully describe percentage of occupancy, a VBA macro can be used to
populate the chosen text field.

Hope this helps.
