Show line when dragging in Access 2003

Hi All,

I've noticed something in switching from Access 2000 to 2003. When I
dragged lines in 2000 while in form design view, the line would be displayed
such that I could precisely position it without dropping it. In 2003, when
I drag lines they become 'invisible' in the UI and I can't see where it is
until I drop it.

Anyone know if this is just the way it is or if I'm missing a setting
somewhere? It's not a big deal but it would be nice to go back to the 2000
behavior.
