Show multiple projects in de Project Details page

Henk

Hi all,

Also another question for today. Is there a possibilty to show more
projects in the Project Details window in the PWA?

My wish is to show graphical information (i.e. gantt charts) of
mutiple projects (e.g. of one particular group) with their underlying
tasks and resources in one view. Just like you can with masterplans in
your Project client.

Such an overview would be quite handy for the projectleaders in our
organisation.

Thanks!

Kind regards, Henk

In the future, please let us know what version of Project Server you are
using. 2002, 2003, or 2007? Assuming you are using Project Server 2007,
the only way you can accomplish your goal is to create a master project,
containing each of the projects you want to see. You have to save and
publish the master project as well. Then, from the Project Center in PWA,
you can click the name of the master project and see a Project Details view
of the entire master. From there you can expand the individual subprojects
as needed. If you are using 2002 or 2003, you cannot do this at all, and
are limited to seeing only one project in a Project Details view. Hope this
helps.
