Show "Notes" in Entity diagram

I can show the PK, FK, Indexes in column 1, I can show db/conceptual names
in column 2, I can show data type in column 3.

Is there anyway to show in the diagram the Notes/Description field?

I think I am trying to do the same thing.

Basically, I revese engineered a database that has table and column
description.

These appeared in Visio as Notes.

When I save the Visio ERD diagram as HTML, I would like these descriptions
to appear as tooltips when I hover over each table or column.

I do understand that I can create Custom Properties that will be displayed
on the left frame when I push CTRL and click with the mouse, however, I do
not know of an easy way to transfer the NOTES data (from the database) to
the Customer Properties, which is what gets displayed.

Any clue anybody?

I am trying to do something similar. I typed field descriptions in as notes,
and now I would like to retrive these as some sort of report to give to our
DBAs. I cannot figure out a way to display these in any fashion other than
the database properties where I entered them. Any help would be appreciated.
