show percentage display without rounding?

It's considered polite to use the big blank textbox to ask a comprehensible
question. You're talking to people - volunteers, not Microsoft employees! -
not to a search engine.

My GUESS (based on having seen similar problems in the past) is that you're
using the default Long Integer number datatype. Integers are, by definition,
whole numbers. Use a Single or Double number for percentages.
