Show Project Summary Task

Where in the Project Server 2007 database(s) is the value stored to
Show Project Summary Task? I know how to set this in Tools, Options
and even how to set the registry so it is the default on new blank
projects. However, we have created projects using a template that
have
been created using the PSI and this option always goes back to
unchecked.
