Show Rows with nil data in crosstab query

Do you know the headings that should appear? Its not as
dynamic but if you go to the properties of the Column
Heading there is a 'Column Headings' property that allows
you type in the heading you would like to see even if they
have no values. Lookup 'ColumnHeadings Property' in the
help.
