Show Standard and Formatting Toolbars on 2 Rows

This setting will not stick in Word 2003.

When I turn it on using Tools - Customize - Options tab and check the box as
stated in the Subject it displays the 2 toolbars on 2 rows.

I clidk on File - Exit. and it does not save.

In Tools - Options, I have on the Save tab and "Promt to Save Normal
Template" turned on, and I receive no prompt.

This setting is not stored in Normal.dot, so you wouldn't necessarily expect
to get the prompt. It may be that your Word Data key is damaged. See
http://word.mvps.org/FAQs/AppErrors/MissngMenusEtc.htm for instructions on
rebuilding it.
