Show summary tasks in my tasks view of web access

How do I set up a view so that the summary task of each subtask is shown in
the 'my tasks' view of web access. For example on one project many of the
summary tasks include a sub-task of "documentation." However, when the
assigned resource goes to their 'my tasks' list it just shows "documentation"
multiple times. In order for them to see which summary task it belongs to
they have to double click on it. Is there a way to show this initially?

In the future, please tell us what version of Project Server you are using.
2002, 2003, or 2007? From your description, it sounds like you are using
Project Server 2007. Assuming that is the case, the bad news is that there
is currently no way to include the WBS of summary tasks for each task shown
on the My Tasks page. There is no known workaround either, so the best I
can tell you is to be more decriptive in naming tasks so that the team
member can distinguish between one task and another. You can also teach
your team members to click the name of any task in the My Tasks page to see
the Assignment Details page for the task, in which the user can see the Task
Path at the top of the page. The Task Path shows the names of the summary
tasks. Hope this helps.
