Show task owner in PWA

Is it possible to show in PWA project views or in the portfolio
analyzer who is the manager of a task (not the project owner)?
Is it possible to show who updated the time booked on a task (even if
someone else has become the manager of that task after the time had
been approved)?

I am using Project Server 2003, with non-managed periods and I don't
use the timesheet approval function.

Answer to your Q1:

1. Go to PWA > Admin > Manage View.
2. Select Timesheet view & click modify button
3. Add Project Manager field. & hit save changes.
4. Go to Tasks View to see Project Manager of each task.

Answer to your Q2:

1. Go to PWa > Updates
2. Click 'View history of past task changes' on left
3. Make sure you have the right period selected.
4. Locate the task & look for 'Description' field for that task. That will
show you who updated / declined the task.
