show the "New office document" dialog

Does someone know how to show the dialog "New Office Document" from the
startmenu, where you can see all types of Office-templates (Word, Excel,
Powerpoint, Access) in one dialog.

I was looking in the "Microsoft Office 9.0 Object Library" (and Version 11.0
respectively), but I didn't found something.
