Show this folder as an email Address Book disappears

Good Day,

We have one user that constantly has to put the check mark in her contact
list "Show this folder as an email Address Book" . Once she closes outlook
and re-opens the check mark disappears. We've tried re-installing outlook and
that hasn't helped.

You might want to post some actual information with your question. Nothing
special. Just some basics like Outlook version, information store, and what
differs for this "one user" from everyone else. Have you tried any of the
basics like creating a new profile or resetting the address book?
Reinstalling Outlook never solves anything.
