"Show this folder as an email address book" greyed out in Outlook 2000

Hi all,

We just converted our email system from Postoffice to Exchange 2000. In the
process we converted all of our users from Eudora 4.3.3 to Outlook 2000
Corporate mode. I imported their address books from Outlook Express because
we had to import their mail and address books into OE from Eudora to
conserver the dates in the sent items folders.

Now I have a problem.

The users can't send mail to any of their personal Contacts because the
Contacts item doesn' show up when the compose a new message and click on the
"To" button and search for Contacts in the "Show names here" list. I can't
place the check mark in the "show this folder as an email address book" when
I right click on Contacts and go to Properties.

I tried to go to Tools --> Services and add the Outlook Address book but it
was not an option.

If anyone has experienced this I and found a solution I could really use
some help.

Thanks,

Sean
