Show Traling Zeros in Outline Numbering

If I want to have an outline that looks like this:

1.0.0
2.0.0
2.1.0
2.2.0
2.2.1
2.2.2
2.3.0
3.0.0

How do I get the trailing zeros to show up?

Hi Michael,

In the Gallery for outline numbering, you should see a template for legal
numbering (1., 1.1., 1.1.1., ...).
(If you don't see it, select and reset the seven gallery previews)

You can edit that, and just type in the missing zeros in level 1 (that is,
change 1. to 1.0.0.) and level 2 (change 1.1. to 1.1.0.).

For general info on how to set up such outline numbering, see Shauna Kelly's
website:

Regards,
Klaus
