Hi,

I have a conference room where every seat has a computer, and the
computer at the head of the table is connected to a projector. All of
the computers on the network have powerpoint 2000. Is there a way to
have the powerpoint presentation I am showing on the computer I am
sitting at be displayed on all of the other computers on the local
network? (There are ~15 machines).

Thanks,

George Hadley

Interesting question....

I wonder if something like VNC could do the trick...

TightProjector is a software that can transmit the screen of a particular
computer to other computers in the same local-area network. The data is
transmitted continuously, in real time.

Usage examples:

a.. broadcasting a presentation to multiple networked computers
b.. showing a class of students operations performed by a teacher

Ah...yes - just the thing... (currently in testing)
