Showing Appointments Past 7pm

I am making a weekly calendar that I am printing out and it doesn't show time
slots past 7:00pm and when I print it, it only shows the time, not the event
name or category. Does anyone know how to expand the times so that it all
shows? Thanks.

I'm printing a weekly calendar, I don't know what you mean time scale but I'm
trying to print from 8am to 8pm, but even when I go to calendar options and
make the work week end at 8pm, it still only shows the time of the event, not
the name or category. This only happens when I print, it looks fine when I
look at it on my computer.

what time scale do you use? try a larger one.

What view are you printing?

I figured it out, I had to go to page setup in order to change the times it
would print. Thank you for your time.
