showing bcc field and attachment on printout

I'm working at my office with Outlook 2000. Whenever I print an email - as a
copy for the paper file - the header only shows my name, the recipient TO,
the subject, any cc's and the date. But if I BCC'd someone, it doesn't show
on the printout. If I attached an attachment, that too doesn't show on the
printout. How can I get it to show all the info - so I don't have to waste
time hand writing this stuff on the file copy?

Before printing, change the format of the message to plain text and your
attachment name will be on the printed copy of your message.

As for the BCC field, I do not believe that is able to be printed.
