Showing data between two dates in multiple subreports by enter two dates

Hello,

I've got a problem concerning the following:

There is a report with multiple tables, queries and
possible some forms (there maybe no forms because of the
automatic input through ACUODBC). The final report
consists of multiple subreports, such as cancellations,
delay, daily usage ....
The information within these tables and queries have to be
displayed between two dates. So that the report only shows
the information between those two dates.

My question is as follows: in what matter do I insert a
routine that does the action above.
I'm not a programmer so I don't know much about macro's or
modules so I've you could give me the code it would be
very helpfull.
