All,
I searched on this and found nothing. I use Outlook2007B2 (not TR) I expect
to download the trial as soon as possible to work with the released product
but won't bother to convert to TR. I use this self-contained on my laptop, as
we have no Exchange server.
I teach and want to be able to post a calendar of JUST one category of
appointments. I have to set recurring appointments in Outlook to get the
regular parts of the day in place in Outlook, and I plan to try entering
day-to-day info on what I taught and be able to report that info for the
Feds. (NCLB stuff...)
The problem is that the calendar shows all the "Private" appointments even
though it has taken out the info labels. These show up as "Private
Appointment" blocks.
The reporting is important too, so I have to solve both: 1. display weekly
calendar in a printout and 2. report (to printer/printed report) all thos
different entries I make to log what I did in a particular day's appointment
time.
Oh, and that info for the appointment accomplishments might have to be added
to a particular appointment/class period through sych process with my
WinMobile5.0 pda.
Any thought or suggestions here? I realize this isn't a quick answer about a
bug but there are no sources of this usage advice that I have found for
Outlook2007. Yet!
