Showing/hiding sections of a Word document

Hi, I came across a discussion called "How can I set an automated form
to show/hide a section?" in this forum (link:
http://groups.google.ca/group/micro...on+ms+word+autotext+checkbox#0742ee30f926c063
), and it seems to be the exact solution to the problem I'm currently
having, but I can't seem to add to that discussion (perhaps it's too
old and now closed).

In that discussion, Jay Freedman posted a link to a template called
toggle.dot, and the second version of that template that he posted in
the discussion (the one that uses check boxes) is exactly the type of
thing I'm looking for, but the link to the template no longer works.
Does anybody have a copy of this template that they could post or
email to me? It would be HUGELY appreciated.

In case anybody is interested, the application is for progress reports
for learning disabled students. Tutors would use the template for
their students' term progress reports. Because there is a huge
variety of things a tutor may work on with a particular student over a
term (and several things they would not work on with that student), we
want the tutor to be able to easily hide sections of our standard
report that are not relevant to a particular student. Sure, they
could just delete sections, but we want to make things as easy and
simple as possible for our tutors as they have several reports to
complete and not a lot of time to complete them. Yes, an MS Access
system would probably be better, but I need something quick and dirty
and I already have the complete report in Word, so it would be a huge
effort to rebuild it in Access compared to simply adding toggles to
the existing Word document. Thanks!!!

UPDATE: Jay Freedman was kind enough to email me a copy of the toggle
template. Many thanks to Jay.
